I was originally taught directly by Eckhart Tolle (Power of Now) and Ajahn Sumedho (Amaravati Buddhist Monastery) - two of the world's most respected spiritual teachers.

To this day, I feel incredibly blessed to have had their support, guidance and teaching.

I'm a teacher, therapist and counsellor with over 20 years of professional experience and have personally had the pleasure of teaching yoga, mindfulness and self-awareness practices to over 12,000 students worldwide.
