Angus is a therapist and counsellor, with over 20 years of clinical experience. He provides help, support and guidance to clients who want to explore life with greater awareness. Since every person is unique, Angus takes a tailored approach to each client and brings forth the specific therapeutic modalities that best suit you  based on your objectives and where you are on your journey.

Angus' therapeutic work is a synthesis of the most effective Western psychotherapeutic approaches with the mindful practices of the East. This approach is particularly recommended for individuals who understand the importance of self-responsibility; individuals who want to take an active role in the therapeutic process. Reading material, mindfulness exercises and courses may be suggested – as the individual is guided to further their own self-development.

Initially, it is suggested that a single appointment is booked so that the presenting issues can be discussed, explored and assessed. Thereafter, clients usually book regular appointments. Sessions are typically weekly or fortnightly.

All private therapy sessions can take place online or in-person. If you would like to book a session, you can do so via this page. Simply choose an available appointment and pay directly online.

Price: £90 per 50 minute session.

It is possible to book double sessions for 1hr 40mins, depending on availability.

All online therapy appointments can take place on FaceTime or Skype or Zoom.




Please note that once booked and paid for, there are no refunds available.  If the appointment is cancelled more than 7 days in advance of the session, you will be able to reschedule the therapy session. Appointments that are missed or cancelled with less than 7 days will be chargeable at 100% of the cost of the session. By booking an appointment you kindly agree to these terms.
