Panic Attacks - The scariest thing you've never seen.

In this episode, the fourth installment of our series focusing on anxiety, we dive into the subject of panic attacks; what are they, how they arise, and how to recover from them.

Perhaps the most important thing to understand if you want to recover from panic attacks is that a panic attack is not a fear of 'something external'; it's actually a fear of our own fear.

As I explain in the episode, it's a closed feedback loop of 'fearing fear'.
